2、保修響應后本市4小時內到達現場，12小時內到位服務，非本市范圍內，技術人員24小時內到達現場。

3、保修期內由于客戶操作不當導致故障，我公司將以優惠的價格提供維修服務。

4、工程質量保固期：設備保修2年，其它材料按照國家“三包”標準服務（如有人為或自然一些不可抗拒因素的破壞，不在保修范圍內）。

5、保修期后我司會進行定期回訪，為客戶提供有償終生服務。
